Don’t be deceived by the Libra Moon, which classically can encourage a harmonious “make nice” vibration.
The “unexpected events” quota is high, especially midday. This means surprises, upsets and change. It can be as inconsequential as the waiter bringing you the wrong order for lunch or as big as a breakup.
How volatile this is depends on a combination of factors. What’s important is to stay alert and objective.

Once the moon-is-void, all bets are off. Whatever may have seemed critically important loses its charge. This is not a time to start something new nor expect much from a first encounter; this could be the perfect time to agree to a blind date if you don’t want it to go anywhere.
Use the late afternoon/evening for centering, relaxation and pleasant conversations.
