A Venus/Uranus picture in the sky at midnight may conjure loving magic or a lightning bolt of creative inspiration.

The Sun enters Libra, which heralds the Autumn Equinox at 4:21 AM ET. At these turns of the Great Wheel, we dip into another quarter of Earth’s orbit around the Sun.

This begins a new chapter and continuation of our human story, both global and personal. At the autumnal doorway, the emphasis is on communication and negotiation.

With Mercury Retrograde, the challenge is to go back over old tales, grievances and agreements.

The Moon is void-of-course/voc* so any impulse to push is coupled by a shrug of procrastination.

Midday may present volatile tempers or careless moves; take note but resist fuel on the fire. The Moon enters Aquarius at 1:51 PM.

Confront what does not work, although resistance may be great. Do not expect a quick answer or immediate recourse, nor shy away from difficult dialog.

However, no resolution occurs through anger or attack.

A harmonious groove can be found as people work for a common goal or step up to responsibility. Cooperation is strong for short-term results: tasks, errands, ceremony, dinner.

This is a sacred time for many; blessings to those who mark Yom Kippur.
