Forecast 1/19

There may be some pre-dawn restlessness or power play.

This can turn up in a current event or can affect you personally, depending on your horoscope.

The Moon goes void-of-course/voc* at 5:41 a.m. which continues throughout this year’s MLK day.

A Venus/Jupiter picture indicates that conversations can be had to present options. This does not necessarily lead to resolution, nor further strife, but it does allow consideration in a relatively neutral environment.

The plus is that emotions do not bubble up quickly, but the minus is that it is hard to capture another from that emotional center. Some people may feel overwhelmed a bit and simply detach as a coping mechanism.

A Mars/Neptune picture in the early evening encourages the creative spark. This configuration stimulates the Peaceful Warrior, perfect for honoring MLK, but also the Creative Activist. What spark would you like to see flare into greater warmth in your own life? We are in the Dark of Moon, Hecate’s time and this is always a fecund period for growth potential.

If you like to ice skate, dance or make music, this is a night for it. Or you can participate by actively listening or viewing a favorite film, concert or event.

Another perfect way to stir the pot of your creative soul is to join me for the New Moon Gathering at Wainwright House. If you plan to come and have not pre-registered, you can do so here.

*Moon VOC/Void-of-Course… in Capricorn, organizing and filing is like a well-oiled clock. Goals are on the mind, but when the list is too long, achievement is slight. Make a list and put it away to prioritize another day. You might also like to garden or finish up any loose end from work.
