High noon brings sudden revelations or upsets; even if it seems like you’ve been derailed, see how you can sidestep into another course which may actually be better than the original path.
A confrontation with an authority figure or regulation does not have to change your original intention. You can address what must be done and keep the vision.
By mid-afternoon the way is clear for unencumbered decisive action. Lovely evening for inspired conversations and/or theater.
