IMG_1264APRIL Action all times ET:

If you’ve not yet seen it, here’s my video on the Winter Solstice and how it colors 2015

Saturn in Sagittarius: a definite shift in focus, until June 2015 when it dips back in Scorpio for the summer. That video link

The Libra Full Moon occurs on April 4 at 8:06 a.m. ET; it is also a Lunar Eclipse.

Aries New Moon occurs on April 18 at 2:57 p.m. ET.

Be sure to read more on the daily posts for the details of these Moons.

Jupiter goes Direct on April 8 at 12:57 p.m. ET. With its return to direct motion, you might want to revisit what Jupiter in Leo might mean for you according to your Sun or Rising sign: link here

Jupiter retrograde symbolizes a tendency to curtail speculation and risk. Good fortune, opportunity, luck and openness may have felt unavailable, except from within you. For the past 4 months, the emphasis has been on learning and research, rather than on making impulsive purchases.

Once Jupiter is in direct motion, projects on hold start to move and money seems to free up.

Saturn is retrograde all of April. When the planet that symbolizes boundaries and how we take responsibility is retrograde, it is possible that your ability to frame a commitment and to prioritize takes a hit.

This may not be a comfortable period, if you know your limitations and someone demands more from you. On the other hand, you may be ready to step up to an endeavor but the foundation is not there. Know the tantalizing task will take shape, and until then the art is to say “no” to situations that drain you dry.

One of Saturn‘s lessons is to recognize fears you may have about your creative fruit. When retrograde, you have the opportunity to reflect on the way you structure your life.

Sometimes we’re so disciplined we have no space or time for play and spontaneity. This limits our ability to soar. On the other hand, we might be so scattered that nothing comes together. This can be as detrimental to inspiration and exuberance as a highly regimented schedule.

Pluto goes retrograde on April 16, which can indicate a return to deep inner work. When retrograde, Pluto calls into question what you do or do not need. It’s an excellent time to evaluate unconscious habits that get you into situations or routines that you’d like to change.

Pluto retrograde offers an opportunity to take greater control of your life through recognition of defensive behavior and unproductive patterns.

Moon VOC (void of course) Defined:
We still experience long VOC (void-of-course) days. This is when the moon no longer makes any geometric aspect to another planet until she leaves that sign.

Since the moon has to do with emotions/moods, when she’s VOC, people don’t have an emotional attachment to the outcome of a project or purchase.

That’s why it is not recommended to sign a contract, buy anything of value, schedule an important meeting or start a new project during the VOC.

HOWEVER, if the VOC moon touches a significant point in your PERSONAL horoscope, this could be a game changer. This is a karmic moment, which means you could be in a position to make a decision or start something that has a destined purpose. This is why it does matter to have dates checked by a professional if something important is at stake, unless you can make this calculation yourself.

Prolonged VOCs occur when all the outer planets are in low degrees of a sign. There is always a positive way to use the VOC energy but you can’t force it.

Avoid shopping unless you know what you’re going to purchase ahead of time- however, it is common to find it out of stock.  More about the Moon VOC
