Uranus Retrograde on July 29 at 5:06 PM ET: When Uranus appears still in the sky and then slowly begins retrograde motion from Earth’s perspective, it seldom happens without an upset somewhere on the planet.
Depending on your personal horoscope, the “upset” may also bubble up within. It is important to have ways to blow off steam—exercise, breath work, dance. Give other motorists ample space (especially since Uranus is now in the sign of Aries, a fire sign).
On the other hand, you can tap your inner fire through meditation and creative exploration, which can bring a wealth of ideas. Uranus symbolizes the unexpected, inspiration, revolution and need for freedom. Uranus retrograde tends to indicate more shocks than when the planet is in direct motion, because we are not aware of what’s percolating under the surface until it erupts.
When retrograde, a planet actually seems to retrace its steps and for Uranus, this means the past several months. It will be retrograde until December 29, so you may experience a sudden move, revelation or upset during this time, especially if you’ve planets in Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn.
