After yesterday’s hard energy, you may encounter an ease this morning. People want to get along and an overall sense of cooperation oils the machine.

We have no control over what governmental officials do, therefore it is essential to get into a meditation practice, in whatever way works for you. With today’s Capricorn Moon, it is useful to do something physical: yoga, tai chi or a long stroll.
At the very least, sit quietly and focus on the rhythm of you breath, at least until you feel any stress dissipate. In reality, the choices you make and the grace with which you conduct your life have as much impact as a configuration in the sky.
