9/18/2010 The moon is VOC* from 1:13 to 3:35 am ET. Once the moon enters Aquarius, sleep may be a bit restless. Keep a notepad by your bed to jot down any dreams so that you can tumble back to sleep secure in their safekeeping.

Don’t expect them to make sense when you rise, however. Sometimes even the act of recording a dream captures its message a little deeper in your unconscious, so the message can work its way out at another time.

Pace yourself with the caffeine in the morning, because some people may be short-tempered, and too much coffee can exacerbate this.

This is a great day to get work done and messages across, although it’s important to watch how everyone is responding to information. Some people may feel a bit bulldozed, while others feel as though they’re tremendously effective.

It is Yom Kippur, and regardless of a person’s religion, it’s important to be respectful of someone else’s sacred time or need to be reflective.
