Monday 5/4 Organize, plan, strategize. Exercise. Eat small portions of healthy food sporatically throughout the day. You may accomplish a great deal today but only if you give yourself a sudden break from your routine. More than once.
If you don’t, it will happen to you. The cat will jump and upset your desk. The phone will ring and you’ll get derailed into an unexpected conversation you can’t put off. You’ll be racing on an errand and get detoured.
Give yourself a break and allow for chaos. Let the child arrange the flowers. Mix up your pattern at the gym. Try something different for lunch. Otherwise, not only will “you not see the forest for the trees”, you’ll be entirely unaware there is a sky with changeable weather.
