Because Saturn has now moved into Scorpio, when the moon is in Aries there is a full throttle intensity that no longer is as stifled.

It still has to confront the questions of power and transformation that Pluto demands, but it is no longer limited by fear and status quo. It can burn off old trappings with greater success so use it wisely.
