Most people will want to stay home today or be somewhere peaceful. I’m thinking about making rice pudding; then watch a movie that makes me cry with sentimental joy for the well of humankind.For those of you less comfortable with emotional moods, be aware that people around you may feel vulnerable, fearful, angry or sad. This may or may not have anything to do with you.
If you find yourself wrestling with someone’s unfamiliar feelings or your own, find a body of water to stare at or go to the aquarium. Emotions have to come up before we can get them out.
