8/3/2010 Today needn’t be stressful if you focus on breath and remind yourself: “I’m not attached”.
This doesn’t mean that you feign indifference, but things may go easier if you avoid banging your head against a wall when they don’t go as planned. There is a lot of energetic resistance out there and you can decide not to be part of the problem.
This is easier said than done, but knowing that it is a temporary situation can help put things in perspective. Don’t try to initiate anything important, and you won’t be frustrated.Be sure to tale the time to enjoy a delicious meal. Savoring the present is more meaningful than stressing about the future.
